When should I expect my order to arrive?
Every Dreambelles order starts its journey with 1–2 business days of careful processing and packaging. After it ships, standard U.S. Continental ground delivery typically arrives within 5–8 business days. This is just our guideline—weather, holidays, or carrier delays can sometimes add a little extra time, but we promise it’s worth the wait.
Change or Cancel Order
We understand that plans can change! If you need to update or cancel your Dreambelles order, please reach out to us as soon as possible through our Return & Exchange Portal. Our team will do their best to make adjustments before your order ships. Any order changes must be initiated within 30 minutes of completing the order. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we’re unable to make changes, but we’ll be happy to help you with the next steps to ensure everything works out for you and your little one.
Report missing or damaged orders/items
If your order arrives damaged or hasn’t been delivered, we’re here to help! Please visit the Return & Exchange Portal and share your order number along with a quick description of what happened. Our team will take care of it right away to make sure you and your little one are taken care of with the care and attention you deserve.
Check order Status
We know you’re excited for your Dreambelles order to arrive! You can easily check your order status and track your package through the Shop app. Simply download the app, sign in with the email you used at checkout, and you’ll see real-time updates on your order’s journey.

Can I return items?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original, unworn condition, with all tags attached. Please ensure your item is returned in its original packaging and placed inside the returnable poly mailer provided. A $7.50 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount to cover return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method once the returned
item is received and inspected.
Can I exchange items?
Exchanges are free of shipping fees as long as you are exchanging for another item. Exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery and follow the same original condition and packaging requirements as returns. Once your exchange item is received and processed, your new item will be shipped out within two-three business days after Dreambelles has inspected and processed the returned item(s). If the item(s) is of the same value as the returned item, there will not be any additional charges incurred.
How to start a return or exchange?
Locate the returnable poly mailer that your order was delivered in. Visit our online Returns & Exchanges portal to submit your request. Print your return label, package your item securely, and drop it off at the indicated carrier.
What if something’s defective?
If an item arrives with a flaw in fabric or construction, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your delivery. Please use the Return & Exchanges Portal to initiate the return or exchange. We will contact you with next steps and will ask that you send us pictures of the defective item. Once we review the item(s) we will initiate a replacement, exchange or offer a refund. If the defective item, you purchased is currently out of stock, backordered or discontinued we will offer you an exchange of a similar product or offer you a full refund of the defective item’s cost. Quality is everything to Dreambelles and your trust in our quality means even more.
Are Final Sale and/or Clearance items eligible for returns or exchanges?
Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.

Dreambelles is built on parenthood. Our designs come from real parenting experience, with every piece made to simplify changes and provide gentle comfort for baby.
What makes Dreambelles clothes so gentle for babies?
We choose only the softest, baby-safe fabrics and pair them with thoughtful design details—like zipper guards, envelope collars, and minimal snaps—that prevent irritation and make dressing feel gentle and easy.
How do I choose the right size?
Our sizing is designed to fit true to age, but we recommend checking our easy-to-read size chart for the perfect fit. If you’re between sizes, we suggest sizing up for longer wear.
Do Dreambelles fabrics shrink?
Extensive research into fabric behavior showed us that the best fit comes after an initial wash. Our design process intentionally accounts for a first-wash adjustment. This slight change allows each bodysuit to fit exactly as intended, which is why we always recommend washing before your baby’s first wear. This ensures the fabric feels soft, fits beautifully, and keeps your baby comfortable from the very beginning.
How should I care for Dreambelles clothing?
Machine wash cold and tumble dry low to preserve softness and ensure the thoughtful details last—check each tag for easy instructions.
Is my personal information safe?
Absolutely. Protecting your privacy is a priority for us. Our Shopify-powered store uses industry-standard SSL encryption to ensure all personal and payment information is securely transmitted. We never store your full credit card details, and we do not share your information with third parties except as needed to fulfill your order (such as shipping providers). We also comply with all applicable privacy laws, so you can shop with complete confidence knowing your information is handled with care—just like our clothing is made with care for your little one.
