Return & Exchange Policy
At Dreambelles, your satisfaction means the world to us! If for any reason you're not in love with your purchase, we gladly accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. We want every shopping experience to be a dream — from checkout to your doorstep and beyond.
Returns
- Return Window: You may return most items purchased from dreambelles.shop within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Ineligible Items: Final Sale and Clearance items — are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Refund Options:
- Refund to original payment method (subject to a $7.50 restocking fee)
- Free direct exchanges through our return portal
- Processing Time: Returns are processed within 3 weeks of receipt. Please keep your return tracking number until your refund or exchange is confirmed.
Exchanges
Need a different size, color, or even a whole new style? Our return portal makes exchanges easy — and free!
Choose from:
- A different size
- A different color
- A completely new product using our "Shop Now" feature
Once you've initiated your exchange, drop off your return promptly. We cannot begin processing the replacement until the carrier registers the item as dropped off. Please note: inventory is not guaranteed during this time. If your selected item goes out of stock, our Customer Care team will contact you with options.
Final Sale Items
All clearance and final sale items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or canceled once purchased.
Purchased from a third party (like Amazon or local boutiques)? Please reach out to the original retailer to initiate your return or exchange according to their policy.
If an item in your order is unavailable at the time of fulfillment, Dreambelles reserves the right to issue a refund for that item and ship the remaining items. If the full order is out of stock, we’ll cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
We stand by the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or becomes defective due to a manufacturer issue within 3 months, we’ll replace it.
- Please submit photos of the defect and your order receipt to us through our Return & Exchange Portal if required
- Damage item claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery
- For clearance items, refunds or credits are issued only up to the amount paid
Fabric Care & Product Guarantee
Our signature fabrics are crafted with care. We guarantee products to be free of manufacturing defects for 3 months from the delivery date — this excludes natural wear and tear, fading, pilling, or damage caused by improper care.
