When should I expect my order to arrive?

Every Dreambelles order starts its journey with 1–2 business days of careful processing and packaging. After it ships, standard U.S. ground delivery typically arrives within 5–8 business days. This is just our guideline—weather, holidays, or carrier delays can sometimes add a little extra time, but we promise it’s worth the wait.

Change or Cancel Order

We understand that plans can change! If you need to update or cancel your Dreambelles order, please reach out to us as soon as possible through our Return & Exchange Portal.

Our team will do their best to make adjustments before your order ships. Any order changes must be initiated within 30 minutes of completing the order. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we’re unable to make changes, but we’ll be happy to help you with the next steps to ensure everything works out for you and your little one.

Report missing or damaged orders/items

If your order arrives damaged or hasn’t been delivered, we’re here to help! Please visit the Return & Exchange Portal and share your order number along with a quick description of what happened. Our team will take care of it right away to make sure you and your little one are taken care of with the care and attention you deserve.
